Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who fulfill all the entry requirements set out herein (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees, including all retail staff of authorised Acushnet Stockists and their immediate families, all Acushnet Australia Pty Ltd and Acushnet New Zealand Ltd. staff, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry forms are available from 500 participating outlets across Australia and 80 participating outlets across New Zealand. Breakdown of the 500 Australian Stores are: SA- 25 stores, NT- 3 stores, TAS- 10 stores, NSW- 154 stores, QLD- 107 stores, VIC- 152 stores and WA- 49 stores.
The Promotion commences at 7:00am (AEDST) on Saturday 26th October 2013 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEDST) on Friday 3rd January 2014 (“Promotion Period”). Entries for the Minor Prize draws are accepted up until 5pm (local time) on Friday 3rd January 2014.
Participating Titleist Golf Ball products include: Titleist Golf Balls dozen packs in original packaging: Titleist Pro V1, Titleist Pro V1x, Titleist NXT Tour, Titleist NXT Tour S, Titleist Velocity, Titleist DT SoLo (“Participating Products”).
To enter the Major or Minor Prize Draws, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Participating Product and then submit their entry by one of the following entry mechanics: Australian Residents:
An Eligible Entrant can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency, proof of age identification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) and original proof of purchase before issuing a prize.

Major Prize Draw: The Major Prize Draw will take place at 11.30am (AEDST) on Monday 20th January 2014 at Oxygen Interactive Marketing, Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne, Victoria Australia 3121. The first Eligible Entrant drawn from both the Australian and New Zealand entries received will each win the Major Prize as outlined in Condition 11. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail within 2 days and their details will be published in The Australian (AUS winner) and New Zealand Herald (NZ winner) newspapers on Monday 27th January 2014. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the draw will be taken by the Promoter.
Minor Prize Draw: Each of the 580 participating outlets will conduct their own prize draw from the entries they received during the Promotion Period at 1:00pm (local time) on Saturday 4th January 2014. The first Eligible Entrant drawn in each draw will win the Minor Prize as outlined in Condition 12. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail within 2 days and South Australian minor winners details will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 27th January 2014. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the draw will be taken by the Promoter.
Major Prize: The first (1) Eligible Entrant randomly drawn from Australian entries received will win:

The Major Prize must be taken before 31st December 2014. Major Prizes cannot be taken during these dates: 21st February to 6th March 2014, 1st July to 17th August 2014 and 29th November to 7th December 2014. All components of the Prize must be taken together. Accommodation, flights and golf course tee times are subject to availability and is at the Promoters discretion. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. Travel and accommodation is to be arranged by the Promoter and/or a licensed travel agent nominated by the Promoter.
Minor Prize Draw: The first (1) Eligible Entrant randomly drawn from each participating outlet will win a Special Edition Titleist Midsize Staff Bag valued at $AUD349 (RRP) $NZD429 (RRP).
Total maximum prize pool value in Australia is $185,500 (RRP) including GST where applicable. Total individual State prize values are: SA $19,725, NT $12,047, TAS $14,490, NSW, $64,746, QLD $48,343, WA $28,101 and VIC $64,048.
Total maximum prize pool value in New Zealand is $NZD43,820.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Promotion database and not at the time of transmission or postage by the entrant.
All prizes will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a Major Prize winner is ineligible to receive a prize or a prize remains unclaimed, then subject to any written directions given under relevant State or Territory legislation, the Promoter may conduct such further draws as is necessary, in order to distribute the prize. Major Prize: An unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and location as the original Major Prize Draw on Monday 28th April 2014. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by telephone, in writing within 2 days and their details will be published in The Australian newspaper and The New Zealand Herald newspaper on Monday 3rd May 2014. Minor Prize Draw: If necessary, in order to distribute the prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and location as the original draws on Monday 7th April 2014 and winners will be contacted by telephone, in writing within 2 days and any South Australian second chance winners will have their details published in The Australian on Friday 11th April 2014.
The Major Prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of accommodation/transport/services/transfers/ or tour providers, and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. Each winner is responsible for obtaining (and the cost of obtaining) medical advice prior to taking the prize and obtaining any recommended vaccinations and immunisations in the manner required before travelling. No compensation will be payable if a winner, is unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason.
All other costs associated with the Major Prize including additional meals, additional flights, laundry services, transport to and from departure point, insurance (and any applicable insurance excesses), travel insurance, passports and visas and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winners. The Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Use of any passes and vouchers issued as part of the Prize are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use and passes are only valid for use within the stated duration on the passes or vouchers issued or the duration of the winners’ holiday, whichever is earlier. Any tickets or passes which remain unused after the completion of the prize shall be deemed null and void.
The Major Prize winners and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
If for any reason any element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Promoter’s control then a similar prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner in lieu, subject to the Relevant State Authorities.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any Entrant/s and declare any or all entries made by an Entrant/s invalid if the Entrant/s:
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter and its agents associated with this Promotion take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.

CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Promotion is offered in New Zealand and Australia and is governed by the laws applicable in New Zealand and Relevant State Authorities in Australia who grant a license. In case of any disputes, participants in the Promotion consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand and Australia.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, War; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
